Keep calm. Always keep calm. Can you see yourselves in boiling water? No... You cannot, but if the water is calm like a mirror than you can see yourselves as if you are looking into a mirror. That is important to be able to receive fully the the flow of the life energies coming from the Source. That is why keeping calm is vital. Without having received the vital energies fully one cannot be mentally and physically healthy. Never loose your temper.
