SERMON

Yeshua started to teach, according to the custom, from the book.

Exodus: "And you shall serve the God and He shall bless your bread and water, and all sickness shall be taken away from you."

Isaiah: "Arise and shine, for you light has come, and the glory of the God has risen upon you. Darkness may cover the earth and the gross darkness the people, but the spirit of the God shall rise upon you, and the divine glory shall be seen seen with you. Even the strangers will come to that light, and many great minds shall surrender to this bright light."

This sermon was an effort on Yeshua's part to make clear the fact that religion(path) is a personal experience. Yeshua said: "From now on one must not approach the Father as a child of Israel but as a child of God. I have come, not to reveal the Father to the children of Israel but rather to bring this knowledge of God and revelation of his love and mercy to the individual believer as a genuine personal experience. All the prophets have all taught you that Yahweh cares for his people, that God loves Israel. But I have come among you to proclaim a greater truth, one which many of the later prophets grasped, that God loves everyone of you as individuals. All these generations have you had a national or racial religions; now have I come to give you a personal path."

"But even this is not a new idea. Many of the spiritually minded among you have known the truth, inasmuch as some of the prophets have so instructed to you. Have you not read where the prophet Jeremiah said: `In those days they shall do no more say, the father have eaten our grapes and the children's teeth are set on the edge.' Every man shall die for his own iniquity; every man who eats sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on the edge. Behold the days shall come I will make a new covenant with my people, not according to the covenant which I made with their fathers when I brought them out of the land of Egypt, but according to the new way. I will even write my laws in their hearts. I shall be their God, and they shall be my people. In that day they shall not say, one man to another, do you know the God? No. They shall all know me from the least to the greatest."

God will search the individual's hearts. Every soul are God's; as the soul of the father so also the soul of the son. Only the souls that sin shall die.

Man should begin then that eternal ascend of the Paradise career which consists in the creature's conscious respones to the divine urge of the indwelling spirit to find the Creator, to know God and to seek to become like him. First discern the spiritual freedom.
