One must free his or her soul from all obsessions and fears. With expectations such as unlimited food, sex or whatever wordly desires may be, one cannot be free. Again one cannot be free if he or she is acting under the fear of hell, fire or any sort of painful penalties.
One must get rid of all of these fears and/or expectations in order for their soul to be free.
