The word ‘truth’ has been translated from the Greek word -Alethia- which originally means unforgettable. So, we understand from that we remember the truth inherited in us already. Truth is something we must remember. It has its own inherent and irresistible ‘witness’ to reality. People may lie to themselves but ultimately the truth has the final word.
