I asker to my brother: Why Christians belive that all babies are born sinful?

He added: All little children are inclined to sin but born clean. Also all children are not the same. In addiction to that children lack the sense of pity. That sense starts developing at certain ages. Briefly, babies are born with the inclination towards sin but not sinful. They don't carry their past life sins.
