Those were the people living in desert. In very harsh conditions. In extreme hunger both for food and mental needs. At that times there was no social security for women and children so by the help of Catholic Church a new religion was created among those primitive and wild desert people. Not to rescue them from ignorance but to use them as soldiers for their earthly passion. And they give order to one of their member to marry a honest man among the evils and make him a prophet for that tribe. This was the very previous version of Chrislam.
This tribe grew too much. As they could not control this tribe and eventually they had to use Spanish bulls to get rid of them from Europe.

But now, we do not need a religion. We are much developed souls compare to people of that old times. Yeshua says love first and reach Me than I take you to God. These are the steps of stair we have to follow. So stop arguing and start learning what Divine Love means.

"You do not need a religion to reach me. All you need is love. Only with Love in your hearts like little children you can reach me and God. These are the steps of stair. Love, Me and God. With Love in your hearts you can reach me. If you reach me you can reach to God. I couldn't teach that to human beings.
You can directly reach me by love. Declare that to all people. They don't need any mediator.
Love God with all you soul, heart and mind and love people as yourself. All you need is love."
Yeshua was saying that those hearing his words must undergo a change of perspective, a transformation of the mind to an entirely new view of themselves, the world, and God. That will result in the kingdom of God.
