We are in relation with God as 'take and give'. God sends us the purest energies all the time however, as our hearts and minds are not empty, full of worldly desires and lusts, we cannot take it fully. He gives us free all the time. Our duty is to take this energy and reflect it around us. For this our minds must be calm.
DO NOT MISUSE GOD'S PURE ENERGY WHICH IS LOVE
Let the love that you experience in solitude and silence pour out into other people’s lives. Each time that you return to life in community with other people after spending time in solitude and silence, draw upon the love that God has given you to love others in the ways He wants you to express love – from speaking kind and encouraging words, to serving them when they need help with something. Take what God has given you during your meetings with Him in solitude and silence and use it to bless others when you’re with them.
God be all-pervading and everywhere, He must be in the market-place as much as in the desert, in the house of commerce as much as in the jungle, in the law- court as much as in the solitary mountain, in the haunts of men as well as in the lonely places. And although it be true that the weaker souls can more easily sense the all-pervading life where the jangle of humanity is not around them, that is a sign of weakness and not a sign of spirituality. It is not the strong, the heroic, the warrior, who asks for solitude in his seeking for the spiritual life.
