God does not want souls, which have not awakened while on Earth, in His presence. He wants those that have awakened. The auras of the people that have not awakened while on Earth is in the shape of a greyish cloud. And they do not necessarily need to be bad people. For a human to pass to the holy spirit level, for him to be accepted into the holy community, he must be awakened while on Earth, and with the confirmation of this by God beyond physical death, that being is no longer a human but a holy spirit. The word holy means refined, purified, and blessed, a messiah so to say.
